OD(4, 1) this had to be my most difficult class ever. Three excellent quality Champion males. All with excellent breed type, and no faults. It was a very difficult class and one that many people would be grateful to be in the position of judging such a good class. Thank you for the entry. 1 Moore's Ch IrCh Leokings Lionheart, quite literally a dog that fits the bill, superb breed example, strong head but elegant, pleasing kind eye, width of head in balance with body, uses his ears well, stands well on all fours, alert and eye catching. Holds his head high with that look at me attitude. Firm neck and excellent straight top line which shows when in full extension on the move. In the best jacket and a dog that you can loose your hands in when going over him, toned and well bodied, every muscle can be felt, he is so fit and so easy on the move. Used the double ring to his own advantage, and did not slack when asked to move on numerous occasions. This male will go down in history as one of the best we have had in the world, an excellent male and still only young. CC and BOB.

OD 1 Moore's Ch/Int/Ir Ch Leokings Lionheart At Hillhaven. 4 yr old, all male, such a powerful dog, most impressive, shown on a loose lead, so well trained, excellent head, eyes, mouth and dentition, his strong, powerful neck set off by a very good maine, excellent front assembly with such a very good bone and feet, he walks with correct true action front and rear. A true gentleman. DCC.

being critical he could do with a bit more length to foreleg

1st Open male CC & BOB

OD (7) 1 CC & BOB, Moore’s Ir Ch Leokings Lionheart, this 3 year old mature Leonberger is what for me is a true example of the breed, superb head with excellent mane & dark mask well set ears, dark correctly shaped eyes, excellent dentition & coal black nose with wide nostrils for ease of breathing. Looked at from all angles this dog oozes quality in all aspects shape, coat, muscle power & ease of movement, a real pleasure just to watch him cover the ground. Super deep & just sufficiently wide chest, lovely strong straight bone to forelegs with good pasterns & nice tight feet with well trimmed toe nails. Good reach of neck into excellent shoulders, lovely topline & spring of rib, big sound well muscled hindquarters with strong well boned rear legs excellent angulation which enabled this very sound dog to cover the ground effortlessly, lovely tailset. Very worthy winner of the breed & who didn’t let the breed down in the big ring he looked magnificent. Thank you for bringing him over from Ireland;

 CH. Leokings Lionheart, nearly three year old male, his type is also excellent, but I would prefer him with a tad more length as I find him a little square. Shown in lovely bloom. Could miss a meal now and again. Quite a character and gave his handler a trying time. My notes say rascal! Masculine, very pleasing head and expression. Good topline, nice front, but would like a little more hind angulation. Moved well. Lovely color, good mask.
